Prohibited
- Using APZWatch to facilitate sanctions evasion or terrorist financing.
- Screening individuals without a lawful basis in your AML/KYC programme.
- Credential stuffing, scraping of other customers’ data, or attacking the platform.
- Reselling API access or white-labelling without an Enterprise agreement.
- Uploading malware, illegal content, or children’s data unrelated to lawful KYC.
Rate & fairness
Automated traffic must respect published rate limits and idempotency rules. We may throttle or suspend abusive keys.
Enforcement
We may suspend access for AUP violations, with notice where lawful and practicable. Serious violations may be reported to authorities.
