Terms of Service
1. Parties
These Terms govern access to APZWatch, operated by APZOR Pty LTD (Reg. No. 2019/577802/07, VAT No. 4690290483) (“APZOR”, “we”). “You” means the customer organisation and authorised users.
2. Service
APZWatch provides AML/KYC screening assistance against configured watchlist sources, an operator console, APIs, monitoring, cases, and optional AI advisory features. Results are not a government determination and are not legal advice.
3. Accounts & access
- You must provide accurate organisation details and keep credentials secure.
- API keys and console access are organisation-scoped; you control user roles and 2FA.
- You are responsible for activity under your keys and sessions.
4. Acceptable use
Use is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use APZWatch to evade sanctions, harass individuals, or resell screening as a white-label service without an Enterprise agreement.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed in USD list prices via PayFast (ZAR settlement) as shown on Pricing / Billing. Unused monthly quota does not roll over unless stated on your plan.
6. Data
Processing of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. You are the responsible party for screening subjects you submit.
7. Warranties & liability
The service is provided “as is” within commercially reasonable uptime. List coverage is never guaranteed complete. To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, APZOR’s aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to fees paid for that period.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach if uncured within 15 days of notice. On termination, export available evidence within your retention window; we may delete data thereafter per the DPA.
9. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
