Subprocessors
These documents are product terms for APZWatch. They are not a substitute for legal advice specific to your organisation. Contact counsel before relying on them for regulatory filings.
APZOR may engage the following categories of subprocessors to operate APZWatch:
- Cloud infrastructure / hosting (compute, Postgres, Redis, object storage, CDN).
- Transactional email delivery for auth and notifications.
- PayFast for subscription payments (USD catalog; ZAR settlement).
- Optional OpenAI (or configured LLM endpoint) for advisory AI assist features.
- Public list publishers and aggregators used as data sources (OFAC, UN, EU, UK, ZA FIC, OpenSanctions, gov.uk, congress-legislators, news RSS / GDELT) — processed as watchlist intelligence, not as customer personal information subprocessors in the POPIA sense.
