1. Responsible party

APZOR Pty LTD processes personal information for APZWatch in accordance with POPIA and, where applicable, overlapping GDPR principles for EU subjects.

2. What we process

Account data: name, email, organisation, billing contacts, authentication events.
Screening inputs you submit (names, DOB, nationality, identifiers, wallet addresses) and match evidence, cases, audit logs.
Technical logs: IP, user agent, request IDs, rate-limit counters.

3. Purposes

Provide the service, security, billing, support, product integrity (list ingest, monitoring), and legal compliance. We do not sell personal information.

4. Retention

Screening evidence and audit events are retained for the period required by your plan and applicable AML record-keeping expectations (typically ≥5 years for customer-controlled evidence exports). Account data is retained while the organisation is active.

5. Operators & subprocessors

Hosting, email, payments, and AI providers are listed on the Subprocessors page. Cross-border transfers use appropriate contractual safeguards.

6. Your rights

Subject to POPIA, you may request access, correction, or deletion of account personal information via compliance@apzor.com. Screening subjects’ rights are exercised through you as the responsible customer.
